Oklahoma City Public Schools
Innovation and improvement are the watchwords of the Oklahoma City Public Schools. The district covers 134 square miles and educates approximately 46,000 students. Sixteen schools in the district  – Classen High School of Advanced Studies, Dove Science Academy, Harding Charter Prep, Harding Fine Arts, Belle Isle Middle School, Dove Science Academy Middle School, Kipp Reach College Prep, West Junior High School, Belle Isle Elementary School, Cleveland Bailey, Dove Science Academy Elementary School, Fairview Elementary School, Fisher Elementary School, Schwartz Elementary School, Wayland Bonds and Kipp Reach Elementary School – were named National Blue Ribbon Schools for 2018-19. Classen High School also offers an International Baccalaureate diploma program for international or internationally-minded students.  

In 2019, the district passed the bold Pathway to Greatness plan that will allow the district to run more efficiently and provide students with more resources at every school.

Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics (OSSM)
One of America's premier math and science high schools, OSSM has been operating since 1992 during which the school has produced 290 National Merit Finalists and 160 National Merit Commended Scholars. A tuition-free residential high school for juniors and seniors with exceptional ability in math and science, OSSM has been cited as one of "America's Best Schools" (Redbook magazine) and deemed "the most rigorous academic program of its kind in the nation" by Dr. Julian Stanley of Johns Hopkins.

OSSM is located on a 32-acre site to the northeast of downtown Oklahoma City, adjacent to the libraries and research resources of the Oklahoma Health Center. Students from all of Oklahoma's 77 counties have been selected to attend OSSM.

Located east of downtown Oklahoma City, Choctaw-Nicoma Park covers 58 square miles and serves more than 5,700 students. The overall district population is 30,241.
